- From our Johannesburg office, out on the road across the Johannesburg area.
- Pretoria, Durban, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein and East London
- From home, out on the road in your city, visiting businesses near you. Training is done remotely.
What the job involves
- Finding and visiting shops, chains, wholesalers, restaurants and repair shops in your city that need a better point of sale system
- Showing owners POSly in demos, in person or online, set up with their kind of products and branches
- Putting together quotes based on each business's stores, tills and the features they need
- Following up, closing the sale, and handing new customers over to the team for setup
- Keeping track of your leads and deals
What we're looking for
- Sales experience, ideally selling software or services to businesses
- Confidence on the phone, on WhatsApp and face to face
- Interest in how shops run, so you can show an owner how POSly fits their business
- Self-motivation: you want to earn on commission and build up customers who keep earning you recurring commission
- Your own car and a valid driver's licence
Pay
A basic salary plus high commission on every sale, and high recurring commission on the customers you sign, paid for as long as you stay with POSly.
