South African Marketplaces, in short

POSly connects to South African online marketplaces so your products and stock stay in one system. The Takealot connector is live: it prepares and validates your loadsheets, maps your categories and pushes stock from POSly to Takealot, with a sync log for every update. Importing Takealot sales orders is planned and not yet live, and integrations with Amazon.co.za, Makro, Loot and Leroy Merlin are planned, each through the marketplace's own seller API.

What changes on day one.

“Building marketplace loadsheets takes someone all day.”

The Takealot upload wizard generates and validates the loadsheet from the products already in POSly, so there's no second product list to keep.

“Marketplace stock never matches the warehouse.”

Stock changes in POSly are pushed to Takealot, with a nightly sync as well, and anything out of step can be pushed by product, by batch or all at once, with rate limits handled for you.

“Nobody can say what was synced and when.”

Every Takealot sync is logged and exportable, and a connection test and dashboard show the link is healthy.

“We want to sell on more than one marketplace.”

Amazon.co.za, Makro, Loot and Leroy Merlin are planned integrations on the roadmap, each built on the marketplace's own seller API and prioritised by customer demand.
