Stock that leaves Branch A arrives at Branch B. Or you hear about it.

The branch control that ends “it must have gone missing in transit”.

Multi-Store & Transfers, in short

POSly runs many shops and warehouses from one system. Transfers between branches wait in the IBT Waiting Room until the receiving branch accepts them with quantities checked, and head office compares every branch on one screen.

Every branch on one screen. Stock sent between branches waits in transit until the receiving branch accepts it. The map shows an example business.

What changes on day one.

“Transfers are where stock goes to disappear.”

Transferred stock stays in transit until the receiving branch accepts it. Rejections and short counts are logged and reported.

“Head office has no live view of the branches.”

Branch comparison, per-location reports and a monthly sales target view. One login, the whole picture.

“Branch staff can see and change things they shouldn't.”

Staff can be limited to their own branch, while managers and head office see across all of them.

Common questions.

What is the IBT Waiting Room?

It is where inter-branch transfers wait until the receiving branch confirms what arrived. Stock is never silently lost between branches: it is either on a shelf, in transit or reported as a discrepancy.

What happens if a branch receives less stock than was sent?

The receiving branch accepts the transfer with quantities checked in the IBT Waiting Room. Short counts and rejections are logged and reported, not quietly written off.

Can branch staff see other branches?

Only if you allow it. Staff can be limited to their own branch, while managers and head office see across all of them.

Can I compare my branches?

Yes. Branch comparison and per-location reports put every branch side by side, with sales projections against a monthly target.

Can POSly suggest which branch should get stock?

Yes. Stock Allocation grades your branches, estimates lost sales and drafts a transfer for you to review before it is sent.
