Customers, Laybys & CRM, in short

POSly keeps every customer's purchases, laybys, account balance and conversations together. CRM follow-ups, activity timelines and support requests sit next to the sales history, so nothing depends on one person's memory or phone.

What changes on day one.

“We don't actually know who our best customers are.”

Customer groups, purchase history and RFM analysis show who buys often, who spends most and who has gone quiet.

“Follow-ups live in one salesperson's head.”

Log calls and visits, schedule follow-ups and see every customer's timeline. Agent performance shows who is keeping up.

“Customer complaints die in someone's inbox.”

Customer requests and support tickets are tracked to the end, with the history kept on the customer.

Yes. Settlement discount rates and payment terms are configured per customer. Suggestions depend on the amount paid and payment date. Showing printed terms on invoices, statements and payment screens is a separate option switched on per business.

Does POSly have a CRM?

Yes. POSly includes customer activities, timelines, follow-ups, support requests and agent performance, connected to each customer's sales and account.

Can customers update their own details?

Yes. Customers can update their details from a verified link, so your records stay current without staff retyping them.

Can I limit a sales rep to their own customers?

Can I record products customers ask for that I don't stock?

Yes. Customer requests are logged with the product, brand and status, and followed through to the end.

Can I group customers?

Yes. Customer groups, purchase history and RFM analysis show who buys often, who spends most and who has gone quiet.
