Your stock is your money. POSly counts it like money.
Every unit tracked from goods-in to sale, with a history nobody can argue with.

Stock & Inventory Control, in short
POSly stock control tracks every product and unit across your shops and warehouses, from delivery to sale. It shows what you have, what is promised to laybys and orders, what is ageing, and exactly why any count changed.
What changes on day one.
“Shrinkage is eating my margin and I can't prove where.”
Every stock movement is logged with who, when and why. The stock history groups counts, flags gaps and explains each change.
“Stocktakes take a weekend and mean nothing by Monday.”
Count on the floor or import a count file, capture variances and see exactly what changed since the count.
“R80 000 of stock has been sitting there since last winter.”
Stock ageing shows what has not moved and what it is really selling for, and the replenishment view shows days of cover and a suggested reorder quantity.
“I sell stock that is already promised to someone else.”
Committed stock shows what laybys and orders have reserved, so the shelf count and the sellable count are never confused.

Common questions.
How is virtual combo availability calculated?
When virtual combos are switched on per business, fixed-combo quantities show how many can be made from component stock. Configurable-combo availability depends on the choices made. The product view shows availability per permitted store, and insufficient physical component stock can still prevent a sale.
Can POSly track serial numbers and expiry dates?
Yes. POSly tracks serial and IMEI numbers, expiry dates and lots, and reports on stock that is close to expiry.
How do stocktakes work in POSly?
Count directly in POSly or import a count file. Variances are captured and adjusted with a reference, and the stock history shows every change since.
Can POSly show which stock isn't selling?
Yes. Stock ageing shows what has not moved and what it is really selling for, so you can see the money sitting on your shelves.
How do I know when to reorder a product?
The replenishment view shows days of cover and a suggested reorder quantity for each product, based on your own sales.
Can I see why a stock figure changed?
Yes. The stock history logs every movement with who, when and why, and automatic checks flag stock records that don't add up.
Can I print barcode labels?
Yes. POSly prints barcode labels for your products, with your own label settings.
